Epoxy coatings have been used for years on concrete floors in commercial settings, and more recently as a traffic-resistant decorative coating on residential garage floors. One of the many benefits is they produce a long-lasting gloss finish in a variety of colors with superior hardness and abrasion resistance, which is more permeable than standard epoxies. This breathable, two-component system will even bond to damp substrates and to new concrete slabs after only four or five days of curing, making it ideal for fast-track projects.
Our epoxies are water-based and low in VOCs and odor. They also are available in pigmented finishes or can be tinted.
This is the next generation in water-based epoxy floor coatings; a two-component polyamine epoxy with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance that is breathable. It is designed for use in commercial, industrial and residential floor applications. A LEED 4.2 compliant material that offers improved performance while maintaining ease of application properties common to water based materials. This versatile material is self-priming over concrete, can be used as a standalone coating or as a receiver coat for paint chip floors.
Available in a gloss or satin finish.
