What to consider before your scheduled project?
Schedule Landscapers, Pool, and Lawn Maintenance at least 48 hours after to allow sufficient curing time after we have completed your home.
What to consider before your scheduled project?
We ask that you remove the furniture or anything that is on, in, near, or can be in contact with the area we will be working around before the start of work.
Please ensure all furniture and decorations are not on or near the area being worked on, and non-permanent mounted wall decorations are removed prior, as our equipment creates a force.
Turn off Sprinklers and waterfalls that can come in contact with sealed surfaces.
Upon Request, we will assist with moving or covering heavier items for the homeowner.
You may need to clean the pool afterward and have the chemical balance checked and adjusted accordingly.
The sealed surface can be open to light foot traffic within 6 hours after it has been sealed, and only if necessary. Please understand it may feel tacky before fully curing out.
You can walk with a manager while we are there; you will see us walking, inspecting the entire area, and taking pictures.
*Wait 48 hours before allowing your pets to walk on the surfaces.
You may replace the furniture and use your pool/spa within 48 hours after your surface has cured.

* Driveways & Garages do not drive or park on for at least 48 hours to allow complete curing.
Please ensure all vehicles that need to be used are out of the garage and not on or near the area of the surface being worked on; make sure they’re at least 20 feet beyond our truck & equipment.

Includes all of the above for each area.
Pool Filters: These should be off; your pool maintenance company should check and flush out your pool filtration system after we are completed.
Pools/Spas: You should ask your pool maintenance company. We highly advise them to clean, check, and refill your pool after stripping.
Ensure all furniture/accessories, wall hangings, and items are away from the stripping area, as it can sometimes be dusty and, of course, wet.
Keep all windows, doors, and entrances locked so they don’t open or have anyone accidentally enter the area being stripped.

Q. What is the difference between drying and curing
A: Drying is visually seen by the observer. A coating can be dry to the touch but needs additional time to reach its appropriate cure point.
If traffic is allowed upon the coating too quickly, i.e., before curing, premature wear is possible. Therefore, we always recommend 48 hours after application for the final cure to occur. This will, of course, vary with weather conditions, humidity, temperature, and design.
Q. How will humidity affect the drying of the sealer
A. Higher humidity and/or cooler temperatures impact the curing process of the sealer. Higher humidity over 50-60% prevents water from evaporating properly from the coatings. Lower temperatures below 70°F also slow the curing process.
*Please have all pets inside. Garage doors, Exterior doors, and windows are closed & secured. Please place a towel under any exterior doors, windows, or openings that may leak. The home is expected to be watertight and in good working order. Ensure the property’s water is on and the spigot is accessible.
