Sealing your pavers with a joint stabilizing sealer will help combat the weeds, as the seeds can’t easily penetrate through the hardened sealed sand, thus making it difficult to grow and blowing away to the next unsuspecting unsealed surface.
Weeds in pavers almost always start from blown seeds and are deposited into the sand joint from neighboring weeds. Therefore, if you or your neighbors have a lot of weeds in the yard or landscape beds, then it’s almost guaranteed that you will have weeds in your pavers.
We implement a ‘wet look’ at no extra cost when installing a joint stabilizer sealer. With this enhancement, your pavers have that just-rained, wet look that darkens the surface tone and keeps your pavers from appearing dull or sun-faded.

The do-it-yourself handyman approach might cost a few dollars less now, but it will cost even more, especially if done incorrectly. At that point, it will cost four times what it would have been to correctly clean/seal your pavers, as we now strip the sealer and do it correctly, which is three times the work.

- Premium Sand & Colors are available at an additional cost if you request them when scheduling your estimate. Otherwise, our sand which contains crystalline silica – this sand is cleaned and washed sand, a whitish tan that blends best with all pavers. Our premium sand colors include black, fieldstone, gray, light gray, platinum, and tan.
- Ultra Enhancement Gloss, available at an additional cost, will profoundly enhance the brick paver surface with a higher gloss finish producing an ultra-wet, glossy look.
- *Third Coat Process- Actual Coats
- Stripping of past sealer to get the ultimate look removes the old coating and allows the new coating to work its magic.
